Cleary Gottlieb partner Laurie Achtouk-Spivak will be a panel speaker at the 7th annual Paris Arbitration and Crime Conference: Interplay Between Arbitration and State Justice, organized by the Arbitration and Crime Competence Centre at the University of Basel and Sciences Po Paris.
The conference will focus on the interplay between arbitration and state justice in cases involving criminal conduct such as corruption, fraud, money laundering, or bid rigging. Laurie will speak on the panel, “Arbitration, Crime & Gaps in National Law Enforcement.”
