On February 12, 2014, Cleary Gottlieb partners Alan L. Beller, Lisa M. Schweitzer and Jonathan S. Kolodner appeared as panelists at PLI’s Corporate Governance - A Master Class 2014 seminar.
Mr. Beller participated in the panel entitled “Audit Committees Back in the Hot Seat,” and also served as Co-Chair of the event. Ms. Schweitzer participated in the panel entitled “Governance Issues for Boards When Your Company is in Financial Straits.” Mr. Kolodner participated in the panel entitled “Selected Topics in Ethics.”
