The team advised Polychain in connection with the hack of the Nomad Bridge, a protocol allowing users to move crypto assets between multiple blockchains, which was drained of $186 million in crypto assets after a routine update created a system vulnerability. U.S. Judge Laura Hatcher of Delaware recently dismissed all RICO and tort claims, rejecting a theory of liability that could have roped in cryptographic keyholders and investors in the protocol.
