Gaia Goffe provides in-house legal advice to the firm on risk management matters.
She joined the firm in 2016 as a corporate associate, joined the global risk team in 2020, and became assistant general counsel in 2021.
Gaia also has experience in corporate and financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and corporate governance matters.
