Insoo Park’s practice focuses on a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including debt offerings, IPOs, and SEC reporting advice to clients in Korea.
Insoo joined the firm in 2007.
From 2007 to 2010 he was resident in the New York office, and from 2010 to 2012 he was resident in the Hong Kong office. In 2017, he re-joined the firm. He became a partner in 2024.
