Matthew Brigham’s practice focuses on international and corporate tax matters encompassing a wide range of cross-border and U.S. domestic transactions.
He advises clients in respect to a variety of capital markets and financing transactions, liability management exercises, financial products, restructurings (both bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings), corporate mergers and acquisitions, and the formation of private equity funds.
Matt joined the firm as counsel in 2022 from a major international law firm. He became a partner in 2024.
