Business Development Professionals for our London Team
We are growing our London Business Development team and are seeking individuals with an international outlook to join our integrated team, working with partners and lawyers in London and across Europe and the Middle East. The firm’s working culture is collegiate, friendly and flexible, avoiding over-specialization and with significant responsibilities given in the early stages of an individual’s career.
This culture applies to the lawyers and also to the Business Development team. We are looking for new team members who enjoy learning new skills, taking personal responsibility, and who would like to understand our clients and our markets.
Our clients include major corporations and financial institutions, along with sovereign governments, and we have leading global practices in antitrust, capital markets, disputes, M&A and regulatory work. We offer the chance to acquire knowledge of a variety of practices and sectors and a range of business development skills. You will work closely with our colleagues in other international offices to support a diverse and successful partnership in business planning, research, pitching, profile raising, digital marketing, client events and client development. Our partners are committed to working with the Business Development team to win new business. Our training is wide-ranging and is held with teams in other offices. There is also a chance to travel to meet up with our wider Business Development team members.

- At least two years’ experience in a general business development role at an international professional services firm.
- At least five years’ experience in a general business development role at an international professional services firm.
- At least seven years’ experience in a business development role at an international professional services firm, with a focus on supporting strategic initiatives and proactive business development, preferably working with the corporate practice.
