Hiring Process

Qualified candidates interested in a career with us are welcome to send a cover letter and curriculum vitae to the Hiring Partner specified below.

The process of reviewing an application is generally completed within three weeks of its receipt. Applications are reviewed by the Hiring Partner in consultation with other partners and associates. Chosen candidates will be asked to come to our offices to interview with a number of partners, counsel and associates. Candidates are generally notified of our hiring decision within three weeks of their interview.

Each year the firm participates in the New York University International Student Interview Program and the Columbia Overseas-Trained LL.M. Student Interview Program held at the end of January in New York for applicants enrolled in the U.S. LL.M. programs nationwide, as well as in the Harvard Law School Recruitment Fair. Generally, candidates are hired through these recruitment efforts to begin work directly as associates in our Italian offices and in certain cases (in particular when candidates have previously acquired professional experience), candidates are invited to participate in our International Lawyer Program in New York or Washington, D.C., before transferring to our Italian offices. Candidates specifically interested in EC and antitrust law (and in particular those who have attended the College of Europe), may begin work in our Rome, Milan or Brussels offices.
