Cleary Gottlieb is representing Ivanhoé Cambridge on a recommended cash offer for easyHotel PLC (easyHotel), which was announced on August 5, 2019.
The offer, which is subject to the UK Takeover Code, is being made by a bidco owned by a consortium comprised of Ivanhoé Cambridge and ICAMAP.
