Amir Nezar’s practice focuses on advising issuers and underwriters with respect to corporate matters and, in particular, both registered and unregistered capital markets transactions.

Amir has advised issuers and underwriters in connection with initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, rights issuances and other equity offerings. He has also advised issuers and underwriters on debt offerings, including investment-grade, high-yield and convertible debt offerings, debt exchange offers and medium-term debt programs.

Amir joined the firm in 2016.
