Ekaterina Dorokhova’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate and regulatory matters, including antitrust and foreign investments law matters.
She also has experience in financial transactions, including debt capital markets and debt restructuring.
Ekaterina joined the firm as a stagiaire in 2015 after having worked in the Moscow offices of other reputable international law firms, and she became an associate in December 2015.
