Katherine Dillon’s practice focuses on advising financial institutions, including banks, brokers and asset managers, on UK and EU financial services regulation, including cross-border regulatory issues.

She has particular experience in prudential and asset management regulation, and has significant experience advising on and drafting regulatory frameworks for overseas jurisdictions.

Katherine joined the firm in 2016, having qualified as a solicitor in 2010 with Allen & Overy LLP and practised subsequently at Kirkland & Ellis International LLP and Stephenson Harwood LLP.

From 2004 to 2008, she worked as a policy advisor on legal and judicial services regulation at the Ministry of Justice and the Law Society of England and Wales.
