Penio Penev Gospodinov’s practice primarily focuses on European Union and Italian competition law, including antitrust private enforcement and antitrust arbitration.

Penio joined Cleary Gottlieb in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for the Corporate Law Department of Linklaters LLP in Milan, was an intern at the European Commission DG-Competition in Brussels and an intern at Greatway Advisory Ltd in Shanghai.
