The Diversity award factors in attorney diversity and firms’ hiring and retention outcomes and initiatives, such as summer diversity programs. This category also factors in diverse representation in the firms’ leadership.
Cleary was featured in the report, which each year honors top law firms in the U.S. for excelling in categories that relate to overall workplace equity. This year, the report awarded firms in five categories: Advancement, Agency & Flexibility, Compensation, Culture, and Diversity.
