Cleary Gottlieb represented F2i Sgr (F2i) in the launch of its fifth fund, the Fund for Sustainable Infrastructure (FIS).
The FIS target is €1.5 billion, of which approximately €900 million has already been raised at the first closing. With that fundraising, F2i exceeds €6 billion in assets under management and has set itself the objective of reaching €7 billion in the coming months, further strengthening its position among the leading European operators.
Cleary assisted F2i on the aspects related to offering the new fund to international investors.
F2i is Italy’s largest independent infrastructure fund manager and one of Europe’s leading infrastructure fund managers.
