Anna Kogan

Anna Kogan’s practice focuses on complex corporate and financial transactions, with a particular emphasis on the representation of asset managers on sponsor-side financing solutions across private equity, private credit, secondaries, infrastructure, real estate, growth, energy, technology, and other asset classes.

Her work spans the full fund lifecycle, from traditional subscription facilities at formation to more complex NAV-based, hybrid, and other bespoke financing arrangements, often involving multiple funds, asset classes, and jurisdictions. She also regularly represents financial sponsors in management company, holding company, professional loan program and GP-level financings.

Anna works closely with sponsors to structure and negotiate financing solutions that align with fund strategy, investor considerations, and portfolio management objectives. She frequently advises on multiproduct and evolving facilities, and on complex structural issues, including those arising in secondary transactions and in connection with continuation vehicles. Her practice is highly collaborative and market-facing, and she is regularly involved in helping sponsors navigate emerging trends in fund finance, including innovative financing techniques across the capital structure.

Anna joined the firm in 2009 and became counsel in 2022 and a partner in 2025.
