Jessica Joyce’s practice focuses on litigation and enforcement, including government and internal investigations, antitrust, and white-collar criminal defense.
She also represents clients in intellectual property matters.
Jessica joined the firm in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Trial Attorney in the Counterterrorism Section of the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Security Division, where she investigated and prosecuted terrorism financing, digital assets, and other criminal offenses. Before her work in the National Security Division, Jessica served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Virginia.
