Karen Morton is Cleary Gottlieb’s Chief Marketing Officer.
In this role, Karen oversees the firm’s global marketing and business development operations. She leads a team of professionals dedicated to delivering innovative marketing programs to build on the firm’s strong brand, further the delivery of outstanding client service, and support the firm’s growth.
Karen joined Cleary in 2023 from another major law firm, where she was the Head of Marketing and Business Development for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She has more than 20 years’ experience within law firms and consultancies. She is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association, and an inaugural member of their European Regional Board.
Karen received a B.A. (Hons) in Business Studies from Northumbria University.
