On September 22, 2012, Cleary Gottlieb senior consultant John Temple Lang appeared as a panelist at the Oxford Univeristy Centre for Competition Law and Policy, Antitrust Enforcement Symposium.  Mr. Temple Lang participated in the panel entitled “The Competition Agency and the Adequate Level of Invention.”  Mr. Temple Lang’s topic of focus was “DG Competition Manual of Procedure.”
