On April 16-17, 2015, Cleary Gottlieb partner Robin Bergen participated in the Cambridge Forum on Financial Institutions Enforcement. The Forum is an annual by-invitation meeting of a small group of highly experienced litigators – outside counsel and in-house litigators – who advise Financial Institutions on enforcement matters. Drawn primarily from the United States and Europe, this group explores some of the most complex issues facing their clients.
