On April 2, 2014, Cleary Gottlieb partners Derek Bush and Michael Krimminger participated in the Center for Transnational Legal Studies’ second annual full-day seminar on the impact of U.S. financial regulatory reform on global banking groups. Mr. Bush participated in a panel on “Enhanced Prudential Standards for Large FBOs” (Foreign Banking Organizations) and Mr. Krimminger participated on a panel on “Recovery and Resolution Planning.”
