Cleary Gottlieb partner Ari MacKinnon spoke at Columbia International Arbitration Association’s (CIAA) event, “Navigating Third Party Funding in International Arbitration: Benefits, Implications, and the Future.”
Ari represented the Respondent/Applicant in the mock-hearing of a case study that resembled an interim application in an investment arbitration dispute and related to the existence of a third-party funder.
