PLI's The ABCs of Swaps and Other Derivatives & Advanced Swaps and Other Derivatives in 2007

Cleary Gottlieb partner Edward J. Rosen is the chair of Practising Law Institute’s “The ABCs of Swaps and Other Derivatives & Advanced Swaps and Other Derivatives in 2007.”  On October 15, he will participate in the “Swaps Fundamentals” session and moderate the “Overview of Common Derivatives” panel.

Cleary Gottlieb partners Michael D. Dayan and Seth Grosshandler will also participate at the conference. On October 16, Mr. Dayan will moderate the “Equity Derivatives - Legal Issues” panel and Mr. Grosshandler will moderate the “Insolvency, the UCC and Derivatives” session.
