Cleary Gotlieb counsel Laurie Achtouk-Spivak was a panelist at the Regional Conference on International Arbitration and Mediation, hosted by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.

There, CIS countries and neighbors of Belarus gathered to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the NY Convention and to review recent developments in regard to its interpretation and application internationally, as well as in the region.

Laurie participated on the panel titled, “Proposals for Reform.”
