On October 21, 2013, Cleary Gottlieb partner Arthur H. Kohn appeared as a speaker at The Conference Board’s Governance Watch webcast entitled: “Supplemental Pay Disclosures.” Mr. Kohn participated in a panel which addressed executive compensation issues in the upcoming proxy season. The panel presented a set of recommendations from a working group convened by The Conference Board, in collaboration with the Center On Executive Compensation and The Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, on principles and working definitions of “realized” and “realizable” pay to supplement the existing executive compensation proxy disclosures.
