Tulane University Law School's 19th Annual Corporate Law Institute

Cleary Gottlieb partners Victor Lewkow and Arthur Kohn will participate in Tulane University Law School’s 19th Annual Corporate Law Institute. Mr. Lewkow serves as Vice Chairman of the Institute.

On March 29, Mr. Lewkow and Mr. Kohn will co-moderate the “Executive Compensation: Legal, Business and Economic Perspectives” panel. On March 30, Mr. Lewkow will participate on the “Public Company M&A in a Buoyant Market - Emerging Trends and Issues” panel.
