$300 Million Debt Offering by Hana Bank

Cleary Gottlieb represented Barclays, Commerzbank, J.P. Morgan, Société Générale, Standard Chartered Bank and UBS as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers in a Rule 144A/Reg. S offering by Hana Bank of $300 million 4.375% Basel III-compliant Tier II subordinated notes due 2024 under its $6 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. The offering priced on September 25 and closed on September 30.
