Cleary Gottlieb represented the managers, led by The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Nomura, and RBC Capital Markets, in a two-tranche global medium-term note offering by the Asian Development Bank.
The $3.5 billion 4.25% notes due January 9, 2026, and the $2 billion 4% notes due January 12, 2033, priced January 5, 2023, and closed on January 12, 2023.
