América Móvil in €650 Million Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented América Móvil B.V., as issuer, and América Móvil S.A.B. de C.V. (América Móvil), as guarantor, in the Reg S offering of €650 million (approximately $760 million) of 3% senior notes due 2030.

This offering marked América Móvil’s return to the European bond market, representing its first euro-denominated issuance since 2019. The notes are governed by English law and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and traded on the Euro MTF market of the exchange.

BNP PARIBAS acted as global coordinator. BNP PARIBAS, Credit Agricole CIB, and Deutsche Bank acted as joint bookrunners. The transaction priced on September 24, 2025, and closed on September 30, 2025.
