Cleary Gottlieb is representing American Express in the sale of emnos Group (emnos) by its subsidiaries Loyalty Partner GmbH (Loyalty Partner) and Payback GmbH (Payback) to Robur Group.
The deal was signed on December 21, 2018, and is closed on April 3, 2019.

It offers specialized strategic consulting services, including development, distribution, and implementation of data analysis- and CRM-software products, as well as database management and other services.
Loyalty Partner develops and operates professional customer-loyalty programs across all industries, based on tailor-made IT solutions and process-management systems.
Payback operates leading bonus program PAYBACK.
