Cleary Gottlieb represented the managers, led by Morgan Stanley, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, and RBC Capital Markets, in a dual-tranche Global Medium Term Note offering by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
The $2.75 billion 4.125% Notes due September 27, 2024, and the $1.25 billion 3.875% Notes due September 28, 2032, priced on September 20, 2022, and will close on September 28, 2022.
