Cleary represented the managers, led by Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, and The Toronto-Dominion Bank, in a two-tranche global medium-term note offering by the Asian Development Bank.
The $4 billion 0.375% notes due June 11, 2024, and the $1.5 billion 1.25% notes due June 9, 2028 priced June 2, 2021, and closed on June 9, 2021.
