BPCE in $1.25 Billion Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented BPCE in the offering of $1.25 billion 2.375% senior non-preferred notes due 2025 under its U.S. medium-term notes program.
The transaction, which priced on January 6, 2020, was managed by Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Natixis Securities Americas LLC as joint bookrunning managers. The transaction closed on January 14, 2020.
