BPCE in $4.5 Billion of Yankee Bond Offerings

Cleary Gottlieb represented BPCE in four offerings of Notes in the United States with a total principal amount of $4.5 billion:

  • An offering of $800 million 4.625% Notes due 2024. The Notes were offered for sale in the United States under Rule 144A and Regulation S under the 1933 Securities Act. The transaction, which closed on July 11, 2014, was managed by Goldman Sachs and Natixis as Managers.
  • An offering of $1.35 billion 2.500% Notes due 2019. The Notes were offered for sale in the United States under Section 3(a)(2) of the 1933 Securities Act. The transaction, which closed on July 15, 2014, was managed by Goldman Sachs for the Dealers.
  • An offering of $850 million Floating Rate Notes due 2017. The Notes were offered for sale in the United States under Section 3(a)(2) of the 1933 Securities Act. The transaction, which closed on June 17, 2014, was managed by Goldman Sachs as Sole Lead Manager.
  • An offering of $1.5 billion 4.000% Notes due 2024. The Notes were offered for sale in the United States under Section 3(a)(2) of the 1933 Securities Act. The transaction, which closed on June 17, 2014, was managed by Citigroup for the Dealers.
