Brazil in $3.5 Billion Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the Federative Republic of Brazil in a SEC-registered offering of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.875% global bonds due 2025 and $2.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.875% global bonds due 2030.

BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Itau BBA, and J.P. Morgan acted as joint lead managers for the offering. The offering priced on June 3, 2020, and closed on June 10, 2020. The global notes were registered with the SEC under Brazil’s registration statement on Schedule B and were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on June 11, 2020.
