Citigroup in $600 Million Debt Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., in a $600 million offering of Citigroup floating rate notes due 2010. Issued in a “reopening,” the notes are the same series as, and are fungible with, the existing floating rate notes due 2010 issued on May 18 and June 17.

The notes, issued under a shelf registration statement, were offered for sale in the United States and abroad, and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
