The Export-Import Bank of Korea’s (KEXIM) issuance of U.S. bonds, a deal on which Cleary Gottlieb advised, has won Debt Market Deal of the Year at the 2022 Asian Legal Business (ALB) Korea Law Awards.
In January, Cleary Gottlieb represented KEXIM in its SEC-registered triple-tranche offering of $1 billion 1.250% notes due 2025, $1 billion 1.625% notes due 2027, and $1 billion 2.125% green notes due 2032.
