Cleary Gottlieb’s pro bono practice has been recognized by Catholic Charities Community Services for the firm’s efforts to support the provision of legal services for immigrant New Yorkers.
In 2020, the firm has partnered with Catholic Charities on a number of projects, including pro se asylum workshops, the representation of an asylum seeker, and four youths applying for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
Cleary was recognized at the Catholic Charities Pro Bono Project Virtual Volunteer Celebration.
