Matthew Bachrack and Shan Hu’s article, “Plaintiff Victory in Chinese Unfair Competition Case,” was selected as the winner of The Institute of Competition Law and George Washington University’s Antitrust Business Article Readers Award. The awards were announced on March 27, 2012 in Washington, DC at its inaugural Antitrust Writing Awards ceremony.
The short list was selected by the Awards’ Steering Committee and online reader votes. Winners in each category were chosen by the Awards’ Board: Jon Leibowitz (current Chairman of the FTC); William Kovacic (former FTC Chairman; Global Competition Professor of Law and Policy at George Washington University Law School); Alexander Italianer (European Commission’s Competition Directorate General); and Frédéric Jenny (Judge at the Supreme Court of France).
