Cleary Gottlieb has been named the 2017 Italian M&A Law Firm of the Year by TopLegal Awards.
The nomination panel noted that the firm has “strong cross-border M&A capabilities. In 2017, Cleary has been involved in the most relevant transactions in Italy.”
TopLegal is a specialized trade journal covering the Italian legal market. The shortlist and the final award for each category were determined by TopLegal and a panel composed of the general counsel of leading Italian companies, as well as professionals from the worlds of finance and business.
The TopLegal awards ceremony was held in Milan on November 20, 2017.
