Crédit Agricole in EMTN Offerings Totaling €1.2 Billion

Cleary Gottlieb represented Crédit Agricole S.A. in offerings under its recently updated €25 billion EMTN Program of $20 million fixed rate notes due October 2007, £150 million fixed rate notes due December 2010 and €900 million floating rate notes due from April to October 2007. The £150 million fixed rate notes and €900 million floating rate notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The offerings closed between October 7 and October 19.
