Cleary Gottlieb has been ranked among the top 10 law firms for minority attorneys (for those firms with 600+ attorneys) by Law360 in a recent survey.
In order to conduct its survey, Law360 grouped firms based on U.S. attorney headcount, and then ranked those firms based on their percentage of minority attorneys, both at the non-partner and partner level. Notably, among all firms in the 600+ attorney cohort, Cleary has the highest percentage of minority attorneys in total (non-partner and partner combined) at 29.4 percent, a factor that contributed to the firm’s top 10 ranking.
Cleary was also recently ranked among the top 10 firms in The American Lawyer’s 2018 Diversity Scorecard.
