Cleary Gottlieb has been recognized as counsel to Dow in the Dow/DuPont merger of equals, which won the Global Competition Review (GCR) Matter of the Year award.
The complex transaction, which is noted as one of the largest of all time, required merger clearances in over 20 jurisdictions, including the U.S., EU, China, and Brazil.
