Cleary Gottlieb Shortlisted for ALB Korea Law Awards 2020

Cleary Gottlieb has been shortlisted for ALB Korea Law Awards’ 2020 “International Deal Firm of the Year” honor, and eight deals on which Cleary advised have been named finalists: 

• Debt Market Deal of the Year (KEXIM’s Issuance of Bonds, KOGAS’ Issuance of Global Bonds, SK hynix’s Issuance of Offshore Bonds, and Woori Bank’s Issuance of Subordinated Notes) 
• Equity Market Deal of the Year and Real Estate Deal of the Year (Lotte REIT’s IPO)
• M&A Deal of the Year (Business Integration of Z Holdings and LINE, Delivery Hero’s Acquisition of Woowa Brothers, and Macquarie’s Acquisition of Daesung Industrial Gases)
• Technology, Media & Telecommunications Deal of the Year (Business Integration of Z Holdings and LINE and Delivery Hero’s Acquisition of Woowa Brothers)
