Deals of the Year Winner

  • Private Equity Deal of the Year, for advising Yongye International on its privatization.
  • TMT Deal of the Year, for advising Lenovo on its acquisition of IBM’s x86 server business.

Deals of the Year Finalist

  • M&A Deal of the Year, for advising Whirlpool in its acquisition of a 51% stake in Hefei Rongshida Sanyo Electric.
  • Private Equity Deal of the Year, for advising TPG in the Chindex International privatization and for advising the buyers consortium in the iSoftStone privatization.
