Cleary Gottlieb’s Jennifer Kroman Named a 2020 ‘Good Heart’ Honoree

Cleary Gottlieb Director of Pro Bono Practice Jennifer Kroman has been recognized by Camp Good Grief as a 2020 “Good Heart” honoree.

Jennifer was recognized at the nonprofit’s 21st annual Valentine Salon event for her leadership of Cleary’s pro bono practice and her work with Cleary’s pro bono partner Sanctuary for Families in providing legal services to gender violence survivors. She also served as the event’s keynote speaker.

Camp Good Grief is a free bereavement day-camp for children and teenagers who have experienced the loss of a parent or loved one. The camp, formed by East End Hospice, provides counseling, group therapy, art therapy, music, and special events to help children process feelings of grief and receive support. Programs are facilitated by certified therapists, social workers, nurse practitioners, and volunteers trained in grief therapy for children.
