CMA CGM in €525 Million Offering

Cleary Gottlieb is representing CMA CGM S.A. (CMA CGM) in an offering of €525 million 7.5% senior notes due 2026.
The offering marks the issuer’s long-awaited return to the high-yield markets after several offerings in 2017, on which Cleary advised.
The offering is being made outside of the U.S. pursuant to Regulation S and to QIBs in the U.S. in accordance with Rule 144A. The offering priced on October 15, 2020, and will close on October 21, 2020. The notes will be listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will trade on the Euro MTF market.
BNP Paribas and HSBC Bank plc are acting as joint global coordinators and bookrunners; Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, ING Bank N.V., London Branch, and Société Générale are acting as joint bookrunners; and Crédit Industriel et Commercial S.A. and UniCredit Bank AG are acting as joint lead managers for the offering.
