Cleary Gottlieb represented Confindustria in the negotiation and execution of a shareholders’ agreement with 53 other entities belonging to its association network, concerning their holdings in the listed company Il Sole 24 Ore S.p.A. (Il Sole 24 Ore).
The parties to the shareholders’ agreement participated to the capital increase that Il Sole 24 Ore completed in 2017 (on which Cleary assisted Confindustria) and hold, in the aggregate, 68.55% of its share capital.
