Cleary Gottlieb represented Crédit Agricole in a $1 billion offering of two tranches of Senior Unsecured Notes issued under Crédit Agricole’s $20 billion U.S. Medium Term Note Program ($500 million of 2.625% Fixed Rate Notes due 2018 and $500 million of Floating Rate Notes due 2016). The transaction, which closed on October 3, 2013, was managed by Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Crédit Agricole CIB and J.P. Morgan.
