Credit Suisse in $3 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Cleary Gottlieb represented Credit Suisse AG in its registered offering of $2.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.700% Senior Notes due 2018 and $250 million Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2018. The notes were issued under Credit Suisseā€™s U.S. medium-term notes program and pursuant to its shelf registration statement on file with the SEC. Credit Suisse Securities acted as representative of the underwriters for the notes. The transaction priced on April 24 and closed on April 29.
